Miss T World is an international beauty pageant created exclusively for transgender women, celebrating beauty, diversity, confidence, talent, and representation. More than a competition, it is a global platform that gives trans women from different countries and cultures the opportunity to share their stories, represent their nations, and live an unforgettable experience of empowerment and visibility.

In addition to the Miss T World title, the pageant also features the Miss T World Elite category, created especially for transgender women over the age of 36. This category gives mature women the opportunity to experience the excitement of an international pageant, celebrate their beauty and achievements, and prove that there is no age limit to pursuing a dream, stepping onto the stage, and becoming a queen.
